Normally SUP yoga takes place outdoors in a natural, calm lake, bay, or secluded water area. In the winter, usually SUP yoga is not possible because of the cold weather. We are offering you the chance to practice SUP yoga all winter long in the warm and seclusion of an indoor swimming pool!
No yoga experience is needed for these special classes. SUP yoga is for everyone, for every age, and both men and women.
Classes will take place in de Melanen in Halsteren (Bergen op Zoom). There is a minimum of 5 people required for the lessons to proceed. The cost for the lesson is €27,50 p.p./lesson including all SUP rental. Cancellen must occur 1 week before the lesson to receive your full money back.
Please wear sport clothing that dries fast or a swimsuit and don't forget your towel!!!

Learn the basics of how to paddleboard. Find your balance on the water and learn the basic techniques of paddling and turning.
Duration: 60 minutes
Take your yoga practice to the next level on the water. Hatha based yogaflow mixed with balance challenges and core training.
Level: All levels but basic class is recommended for beginners
For the paddleboarder with experience. Duration: 3,5 hour paddles at various locations
Level: Intermediate/ Advanced
Beginners must have paddle lessons first.

Take a fitness class on a paddleboard! Using elastic bands, the paddle, and short sprints, get a great workout!
